In the name of God amen. May 25th day 1794.

I Ann Worley of the state of N. Carolina and county of Duplin, widow -- being sick and weak in body but of perfect mind and memory thanks be to God for it. Therefore calling unto mind and memory the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all once to die. I do therefore make and ordain this my last will and testament that is to say principally and first of all. I give and recommend my soul into the hands of God that gave it, and for my body I recommend it to the Earth to be buried in Christian like manner at the discretion of my Executors notwithstanding doubting nothing but at the general resurrection shall be the same again by the mighty power of God -- and touching such worldly estate wherewith it has pleased God to bless me with in this life I give and dispose of the same in the following manner and form} Imprims I give and bequeath unto my Grand daughter Ann Sowel one cow and calf to she and her heirs for Ever} Likewise I give and bequeath unto my grand Daughter Elizabeth Miller one cow and calf to she and her heirs forever. Likewise I desire that my grand Daughters son Jacob Lawhorn may be schooled to the amount of six pounds / Likewise I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Winney Smith one Negro woman named Peggi to she and her heirs for Ever.

Imprims I give and bequeath unto my Son Loftis Worley, and to my two Daughters Elizabeth Jones & Winney Smith one Negro wench called Peggi and my stock of all kind and household furniture and all my working tools and everything that I possess. After all my just debt is paid and my the afore said Leagises [legacies?] taken out & the remains to be equally divided amongst my Son & Daughters afore mentioned and it is my desirePeggi may take her choice who of the three she will have to live with and for them whichever it is to pay the others as they can agree to them and theirs forever.

I likewise constitute make and ordain my well beloved Son Loftis Worley and Thomas Shelton Executors to this my last will and testament and I do hereby and utterly disallow revoke disable all and every other former testament wills and Leagises by me in ways before this time
